Home sperm freezing kit: Your patients closer than ever
The new Sperm FreezeKit makes it easier for the patient to obtain and freeze his own sperm sample wherever he is. Thanks to this self-freezing kit, those men who carry out an Assisted Reproduction treatment (or other treatments) can now obtain their sperm sample at home to send it frozen in complete safety, without having to go to the clinic.

The desire to be parents overcomes all difficulties
Nowadays, patients prefer to restrict travel and find it very convenient and safe to send their sperm sample from their own home. To perform a semen assessment, for an In Vitro Fertilisation treatment or in order to preserve fertility, obtaining the sperm sample is often one of the most complicated steps for the man during the process: many experience it under pressure as a stressful situation. Being able to do it in the intimacy of their home and sharing it with their partner is a much more comfortable option.
How does it work?
The clinic sends its patient the Sperm FreezeKit together with a nitrogen tank directly to the provided address. The patient will receive, on the agreed day, a nitrogen tank where he will find the kit with everything necessary for the freezing of the sperm sample, as well as the instructions with detailed description of the steps to follow and the corresponding documentation for the return of the samples. Thanks to the FreezeKit, the patient can freeze his sperm sample at home, just like a biologist does in a laboratory, without any previous training and following the simple step instructions.
Sending the FreezeKit with the tank can be adapted to each person’s schedule, so that the patient has more flexibility in choosing when to prepare and send his sample by organising it together with the clinic.

The patient chooses when to do it
The procedure is very quick and simple. The patient has up to 48 hours to send his sample once it has been frozen inside the tank. A courier will pick it up at the provided address in order to ship it to the clinic, which will confirm receipt to the patient.
